Protex Returns Information
1. Proof of purchase, in form of an invoice or packing slip
2. Photo of the defective, damaged or wrong safe shipped. Photo can be hard copy or digital version sent via email
3. Short description explaining the problem with the safe
Returns for buyer’s remorse (don’t like color, size etc) are not accepted. Only damaged, defective or incorrect safes may be returned. Refused deliveries will result in shipping charges (there and back) and a 25% restocking fee.
